■ The A-Scan Plus 4.20, from Accutome, Inc., offers enhanced resolution and a large screen to enable precise and reproducible axial length measurements, the company says. In addition, its alignment detection feature eliminates marginally aligned scans, Accutome says. The device comes standard with both third- and fourth-generation formulas, such as Holladay and Haigis. Finally, it includes three USB ports for printer, keyboard and USB memory stick options.
