MyEyeDr. has entered into an agreement with EyeCare Partners to acquire its optometry division, consisting of more than 300 offices, including the Clarkson Eyecare, EyeCare Associates, EyeCare Center, Nationwide Vision, and The Eye Doctors brands.

According to a press release issued by MyEyeDr., the acquisition will expand MyEyeDr.’s ability to serve more patients and communities, grow its position in optometry, and support long-term investment in doctors, associates, and patient care, through growth opportunities and shared best practices across a larger organization.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2026 following receipt of required regulatory approvals, MyEyeDr. said in the press release. OM
